The only personal data we collect via our website is contact information when an individual or company submits an inquiry for additional information or when an individual or company requests an instant quote.

We only collect personal data to aid customers in their decision to purchase one of our products. We maintain the contact information to enable us to follow-up with any individuals or company who has submitted an inquiry or instant quote.

The contact information collected is only used by Solid State Cooling Systems, Inc. and our Authorized Distributors, when the inquiry is in their region. A list of our Authorized Distributors can be found on the “Contact Us” web page. Our IT service providers also have access to the information since they host the website and maintain our IT infrastructure. No information is provided or sold to third parties. Within the framework of compliance with legal requirements, it may be necessary to pass on data to authorities if required by law.
4. Data obtained from the EU.
Any personal data received from the EU will only be used by Solid State Cooling Systems, Inc. in the United States or sent to our Authorized Distributors within the EU.

Solid State Cooling Systems, Inc. uses typical technical and organizational security measures to protect your data managed by us against accidental or intentional manipulation, loss, destruction or against access by unauthorized persons. Your data receives the same level of protection as our own sensitive company data.

We maintain customer contact information in our internal database to help us maintain ongoing communications with our customers. The data is maintained indefinitely unless there is a request to remove the data (per section 13 below) or the data is found to no longer be valid.
