Unprecedented Demand

We are currently experiencing a period of unprecedented demand for our products combined with unprecedented issues in our supply chain. So far this year, the demand we are seeing has far exceeded our expectations. We believe this is partly due to demand that was delayed from last year as a result of the pandemic, but we are also seeing faster ramp-up of new products from some of the OEM customers we serve. This is certainly good news for both Solid State Cooling Systems and our customers. The challenge is that companies worldwide are experiencing serious issues with parts and material supplies. Even basic parts and materials such as screws, epoxy and cardboard shipping boxes now have long lead times. Customers may experience some delays in shipments as we work through these issues. On time delivery has always been a priority for us, so we are doing everything possible to get shipments back on track. In the meantime, we greatly appreciate the patience and understanding our customers have exhibited. Thank you!
